STUDIO MEMBERSHIP

At The Potters’ Studio, we’re committed to a welcoming, creative environment that is safe and comfortable for all people interested in clay to learn and work. Membership fees contribute to the financial vehicle that allows us to support our Staff, offer extensive resources for our Members and Students, expand our Studio outreach programs, and continue The Potters’ Studio Mission. Membership includes access to all of our equipment and facilities.

Membership is offered on a sliding scale at the following levels:

Sustaining $210/month
The market rate that keeps the doors open and the lights on.

Supporting $250/month
A generating price point that helps create a more equitable community. Pay-it-forward and increase access to others in the community.

Supported $170/month
A below-market discounted rate to reduce financial barriers for marginalized/under-represented folks in our community (application process required and availability depends on how many community members come in at the Supporting level)

We’d like to thank and acknowledge the following sources for their inspiration and guidance in making arts and community more accessible:

Gasworks Ceramic Studio, NYC, Alexis J. Cunningfolk at Worts & Cunning Apothecary, Soul Fire Farm, Brooklyn Grange, Brooklyn Acupuncture Project, Rock Steady Farm, Zenger Farm
